Early in my career, two partners at a small but growing RIA were planning a trip: both families, together at Disney World. It mattered to them. But they had one other staff member, and they weren't comfortable leaving her completely alone to manage their clients for a week.
She knew me and knew that I did not know anything about wealth management: I didn't, not yet. But she knew I was dependable, trustworthy, and that I understood when to figure something out and when to hand it off. So she called me.
I came in with zero training. Sat at the front desk. Figured it out.

I step in and get current on your world: your team, your systems, your clients, anything time-sensitive. I sit in on your team meeting, review open items, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks while you're transitioning out.
While You Are Away
I'm the point of contact for urgent client needs. Every communication gets a response within 12 hours. I triage what can wait, handle what I can, and reach you only when something genuinely requires your attention. Your clients feel taken care of. Because they are.
What I’m Not Doing
To be clear on scope: I'm not making investment decisions or executing trades. I'm professional triage, client communication, and firm representation: the judgment layer that keeps things running and your clients confident while you're out.

Want to make sure I'm always ready to step in? A small annual retainer keeps you on my books. We do a brief check-in each quarter so I stay current on your firm, your team, and anything that's changed. When you need coverage, activation is seamless — and your rate reflects it.
